Join us at this virtual DE&I roundtable with Julie Page on Tuesday 18 March 2025.
Julie is an industry champion for diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) ensuring that its importance is led from the top of the organisation. In 2021, she was featured on the HERoes 100 Women Executive List for driving Aon’s DEI strategy through the Aon Global Inclusive Leadership Council. She has placed a strong focus on senior female appointments and coaching other female leaders in her team. Julie serves in various senior leadership positions in the financial and professional services sector, including TheCityUK’s Board, and previously as a member of the FCA Practitioner Panel and HM Treasury’s Women in Finance Accountable Executive Taskforce.
This is an opportunity for members to discuss practical approaches to advancing women's leadership and promoting diversity across the industry at a time when such initiatives are being challenged and the need to work together to champion inclusive workplaces is ever more important.
