Toby Perkins is the MP for Chesterfield in Derbyshire and Chair of the All-Party Parliamentary Group on Apprenticeships. Before becoming an MP, Toby was a councillor, ran his own small business and worked as a director in a social enterprise. 

Advocating for reform on the apprenticeship levy regime, and for skills policy more broadly, has been a key priority for TheCityUK. This roundtable will provide an opportunity to discuss how the government’s proposed move to a broader Growth and Skills Levy can be achieved and what this might mean for business.
